Go to "Tools" and select "Options"


Make sure your email is in HTML format and Click on "Signatures"


Click on "New"


Type in a name for your signature and click OK


Type in your Text Signature in the text box and click on the "Picture" icon to search your computer for an image.


Search for where you saved your eco friendly email message (eco-muse) and click "Insert"


Your eco-muse will be inserted and then click OK to save.
On the top right you can select which email account to assign the eco-muse to. We have assigned ours to info@ecofriendlyemail.com
